I received an email from a client, Expert Design Builders, and here is what he had to say and he will send me photos when he gets them,

We got the door as well as all the sound proof windows installed. The results with the soundproof walls I built are excellent. My architect actually just contacted me as he has a neighbor interested in soundproof windows. I am also planning on writing a little about them in my yearly email to previous clients so that I can install more of your windows and doors!

I would like to tell my Architects friend to contact you or your company to find out some more information about your products. Can my company partner with yours in anyway to become one of your installers in the San Francisco bay area? I think we could do a significant amount of business here. The area is in a tech boom and real estate prices are high while people want to live in the city without the noise but with the convenience of the city.

The walls I built for this project used isolation connection brackets between the metal exterior of the building and my new 2x4 sound proof wall. I installed sound batts, one layer of quiet rock with green glue and tape at all the joints. Then we installed a layer of standard drywall to finish. The exterior windows and the interior window gap was filled with quiet-rock to minimize sound transmission.
