Join EPIC and instructor Ron Bonomo for Balance & Flex, Mondays, 6 – 7 p.m. beginning July 13!

Increase balance, flexibility, and your awareness of limitations in movement during this class using a Japanese sword, short staff and padded equipment. Focus on proper movement through stretching and loosening exercises, points of movement, and proper breathing to match movement.

Learn how to use your senses to analyze what you like and don't like about different beer styles. We will taste a variety of styles and discuss how ingredients and processes lead to certain aromas, flavors, mouthfeels, and appearances in beer. Students 21+
