Child Abuse Prevention Project of Washoe County reminds students to be vigilant in school CAP facilitators help children learn, recognize and deal with dangerous situations including bullying, child abuse and stranger awareness.

We're looking for folks who love kids! The position is part-time, Monday through Friday during school hours. The workshop facilitator is responsible for presenting our Child Abuse Prevention - Child Self Protection workshop to second and fourth grade students in Washoe, Storey, Lyon and Churchill County. Must be 18 years or older. Bilingual is a plus! Must have reliable transportation. Training is provided. If you believe that all children should grow up free from assault and abuse, this could be the most rewarding job you have ever had.
