Dumpling party at the Meevasin residence tonight!! Love the crust that I got this batch, it’s always a ton of work to make scratch dumplings, but the first bite always justifies the labor. Kids gave it 4 thumbs up!!👍

Another day in the office with some Fire roasted poblanos stuffed with chorizo, sweet potato, queso, and some cilantro. They are super hearty and have just enough spice!
