Happy Halloween! No garage setup this year. My little one’s fave movie right now is Coraline, so a spooky movie night by candlelight with bat cave stairs it is!

(Yes, that is a firetruck playhouse in the corner. Too big to take down just for the holiday, so kept it there.)

Sorry I’ve been MIA. Here is a video of my most recent work. I built a firetruck for my little one and created a little world for her to put out pretend fires.

Just a little recap video of a garage transformation I did for my daughter’s birthday. After watching #fireheartmovie she decided she wanted to be a firefighter. Being the DIY mom that I am, I decided to build her a firetruck full of all the accessories she would need to put out pretend fires. I repurposed a sesame street backdrop I had made by @cardboardpeople to really bring the setup to life. You know I love my projectors, so I set them to give a more immersive experience matched with the red and orange uplighting and comfy green s**g carpet. I’ve never built anything like this before and I’m so proud of myself. First time using power tools and everything.
