Tonight's menu- Amuse bouche, We have a soft creamy mild brie and a more pungent hard tome de chevre cheese. Also a pate de campagne served over crisp biscotti's. Lastly a variety of greek olives to choose from.
-Appetizer, Oysters with a champagne shallot sauteed in butter, shallots, and cream. Heirloom tomato salad with sauteed locally grown white peaches and sweet corn. Served with a zesty lemon sherry vinegarette, then topped of with XO finishing vinegar.
