🚨 Federal Grant Pause: What You Need to Know & How to Stay Funded 🚨

On Monday night, the White House OMB’s Memorandum M-25-13 put a pause on federal grant funding to review alignment with the Trump Administration's recent executive orders. But a federal judge partially blocked the freeze yesterday evening—allowing open awards to continue until Monday at 5 p.m. ET, pending further litigation.

What this means:

➡️ 2,600+ grant programs under review, including infrastructure, research, and social services.

➡️ Key areas impacted: DEI/DEIA, climate, abortion, overseas support, and gender initiatives.

➡️ Agency deadlines: Federal agencies must submit disbursement plans by February 7, covering funds through March 15.

➡️ Temporary relief: A federal judge’s ruling allows “open awards” to continue—but only until Monday.

Last week, a small college in Pennsylvania told us they'd discovered and won a grant on our platform to pay for new manufacturing training equipment. They explained that they'd never have found this opportunity through traditional channels.

Kristina Alcorn, with her track record of $1B+ in awarded contracts, helped us organize our team of 27+ expert writers.
