We want to keep our children safe. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to protect them from being exposed to po*******hy. This is why building a healthy relationship involving consistent communication is so important. It is also important to figure out what they are being exposed to in school. You can be involved in your children’s schools and find ways to promote and protect them more thoroughly.

If you haven’t reached out to your friends or family recently, do it. You have no idea what the power of inclusion and love can have on someone, especially someone with an addiction.
