Spring is in full swing, and it’s one of the best times of year to get outside and move your body. A walk around the neighborhood, a bike ride, working in the yard, or a hike with friends all count. Movement does not have to be intense to make a difference.
Spending time outside and staying active supports heart health, joint mobility, and overall wellbeing. Even small habits like taking a daily walk or stretching in the fresh air can add up over time.

An MRI uses magnets and radio waves to create detailed images of the inside of your body. It does not use radiation. The exam usually takes between 30 and 60 minutes depending on the area being studied. Your technologist will guide you through each step so you know exactly what to expect before the scan begins.
