📢 Housing Project Update 📢

🏠 Aspen Grove Apartments (update #3) 🏠

Located in Minocqua, Aspen Grove Apartments are still on schedule. The Ritchie Management Group continues to move their momentum forward efficiently with their 112 Unit Apartment Construction, with multiple buildings in the interior finishing phase.

August occupancy is still projected for the first building, with the additional buildings following shortly after. This is a significant milestone for Aspen Grove, and the Minocqua workforce community.

OCEDC continues to work closely with RMG, supporting their efforts reinforce the impact of OCEDC's housing strategy across Oneida County.

Pre-Leasing is currently open for building one with occupancy targets on schedule for late summer and early fall. It's exciting to see such great progress and much-needed housing relief to the Minocqua Area.

Dan is a senior leader with more than 30 years of experience in the pulp and paper industry. He has served as the Mill Manager at the Ahlstrom Rhinelander Mill for the past four and a half years, overseeing safety, environmental performance, operations, and financial results. Dan, and his wife Amy, grew up in Upper Michigan, and like most Northwoods residents, Dan enjoys outdoor activities, but most of all, he values spending time with his family.

OCEDC is excited to have Dan join our mission. His passion and dedication for his organization and the community he works and lives in supports our collective goal towards sustainable economic growth in Oneida County.
