Let's kick off this holiday weekend with two more adoptions! Jameson and Aimey have found their fur-ever homes!

Our sweet, fun-loving poodle, Aimey, makes her home with two adults, two kids and a canine sister (RHS alum, Zuri, now named Bella) to call her own. Her human sister has wanted a 2nd dog for quite a while, and her mom has always wanted 4 kids (LOL) so their family is complete. Now named Penny, she's learning to get along with the more laid-back Bella - mostly because Bella is content to quietly watch while Penny barks, runs and plays! Penny's new favorite game is fetch; she loves to chase the ball but hasn't quite realized that you have to release the ball for someone to throw it again. :)

Rescued from the Collin County Animal Shelter where she'd been brought in as a stray, Aimey/Penny was fostered by Jill B.

Handsome Jameson has also been adopted! He has a mom, dad, human brother and 2 canine brothers (Reeses and Bentley) to play with. Now named Finley, his mom reports he is a total ham and can usually be found either bouncing around like a bunny or laying on his back demanding belly rubs.

His new human parents are experienced RHS fosters, fostering Betsy and River. River (now named Ruby) still visits; in the attached photo, she's sitting next to Finley (who sports the cone of shame).

Also rescued from Collin County (completely matted and in desperate need of grooming), Jameson/Finley was fostered by Sarah G.

Happy tails to these two great dogs and thanks to everyone who helped them along the way!

We've got another adoption to report: Milo has found his happily ever after!

Handsome Milo has been adopted by a Mom who works in animal rescue and now has THREE canine brothers to play with! He has been renamed Clint to fit the family theme; his brothers are Cody, Chase and Cash. All the names have music or movie connections - Cody Zydeco (he's from Louisiana, y'all), Chase (Straight No Chaser, a men's a ca****la group), Cash (Johnny Cash), and Clint (full name Lee van Clint, a mashup of actors Clint Eastwood and Lee van Cleef). Clearly his new mom puts a lot of thought into naming her boys! :)

In the attached photo, from left to right, we have Chase, Cash, Clint and Cody (at least, I think I've got that right!).

Rescued from the Collin County Shelter, Milo/Clint was fostered by Paula W.

Happy tails and thanks to everyone who helped Clint along the way!
