Take Strides Tri-Cities

Richland High School students were invited to speak at the radio stations yesterday for Mental Health Awareness month.

These AMAZING student’s went on the radio to share their personal stories about mental health and raise awareness.

They were brave, heartfelt and spoke with such honesty and strength.

Watching and listening to them brought me to tears and gave me goosebumps.

If I ever doubted that what we do matters, I don’t anymore—after listening to these kids, I know that without a doubt it does!💚
