Hey guys, going to be interviewing for an Assistant FOH Manager for Fable. Must have at least 2 years in a management or supervisor role in the food industry. Knowledge of Craft Cocktails, local wine, and microbrews are a plus. Pay will be by the hour, and will include; Medical, Dental, 401k, Profit Sharing. Training will start March 1st, 2023. Fable Wine Saloon + Food Joint Will be a new restaurant concept in the Tri-Cities featuring craft cocktails, local microbrews, and high end pub food. We plan to open March 17th. Start dates will be at the beginning of March to have time to train our team.
