Happy 1st Anniversary!!! - Last year myself and our field supervisor, Neal Wind, made a big decision to take the reins of Total Site Services, as Lisa Chapman-Rosa was ready to retire and enjoy life. While TSS has been around for 18 years and I have worked here for 16 years, we wanted to celebrate completing our first year in our new roles!

We are starting the new year strong with lots of great projects in the pipeline... You will find us on many projects throughout Eastern Washington including a new Kadlec Clinic, I-90 Vantage Bridge, Mustang Estates, multiple Catholic Charities projects, pouring concrete at the Sandifer Extension, South G-Way, new Richland Roundabouts and the new Recovery Center and Autozone in Kennewick, along with constructing new EV parking lots and intersections in Yakima. We have an amazing staff and crew and are looking forward the new year and many more!!!

Our Bombing Range/Keene Rd Intersection Improvement Project has won the APWA Best Paving Project of the Year in Eastern Washington!

Congratulations to Inland Asphalt, our Paving Subcontractor!!! They always do high quality work and are responsive to schedule demands. And a shout out to our TSS crew for the hard work and skill in preparing the subgrade, rock grade and the site concrete. A great paving job is supoorted by a well prepared base and nice curb lines! It’s a team effort and we had a top notch team on this project!!!
