It’s still cold out so what better way to celebrate the month than with the penultimate list of movies to lay around and binge? Here is my list of must see shows for the month of February.
1. Auntie Mame: Y'all. She is the role model. Period. The ways this movie has shaped my mindset and life goals. To have that wardrobe? That joie de vivre!
2. North and South: I am ashamed to admit how many times I have watched this. And every time I say it's the best romantic movie of all time. Broken into four 1 hour episodes I promise its worth it.
3. BBC’ Pride and Prejudice: This is the right answer, every time. sAnd I will not hear any of you who say that the Keira Knightly version of P & P is superior to the Colin Firth version. Go make a giant pot of tea and get some treats for yourself. I promise it's worth every second of the 6 hours.
4. Anne of Green Gables: Buy the DVD and host the Galentine slumber party. Gilbert Blythe. Bosom Buddies. Diana and Anne. Matthew Cuthbert. Carrots. UGH!! IT IS THE BEST!
5. Austenland: Not a fan of the heavy period drama? Wanting a bit more lighthearted? Cackling the whole way through thanks to Jennifer Coolidge. It's so fun!
