Before the fireworks even began last week, our community partners showed up yet again with extraordinary dedication to help fellow Virginians have a better quality of life!

In the middle of a 100-degree heat wave, and joined forces with HomeAgain to deliver 74 beds and bed frames to our City Shelter.

A clean, comfortable bed is foundational to health, rest, and healing. This donation will directly support hundreds of individuals as they work toward stability, recovery, and the next steps in their journeys. It is hard to overstate the impact of providing someone a safe place to sleep — it really does change everything.

We extend our deepest gratitude to our friend Travles Sessoms at Bon Secours and the entire Agent Courier team for coordinating and executing this tremendous effort. Your commitment to serving our community, even in extreme heat, demonstrates true compassion and leadership. We are so honored to have friends and neighbors like you!

By pouring into the community, you have helped countless men, women, and children experience a better night’s rest — and a better tomorrow. We are profoundly grateful!

We recently had the opportunity to sit down with Jamal Williams of WRIC ABC 8News to share the story of HomeAgain—our programs, the impact we’re making in the Greater Richmond community, and the many ways individuals and businesses can get involved in helping families experiencing homelessness.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to shine a light on this important work and can’t wait to share the full story with you.

🎥 Stay tuned—we’ll keep you posted on when it airs!

HomeAgain Richmond is grateful to ReTech for Kids for their generous donation of 28 computers, valued at $5,000.

These computers have been distributed to participants across our programs and will directly support education, job searching, skill development, and long-term stability. For families working to rebuild their futures, access to technology can be life-changing — opening doors to schoolwork, employment opportunities, online resources, and greater independence.

Thank you, ReTech for Kids, for investing in our community and the families we serve.
