Ridgecrest Physical Therapy

Ridgecrest Physical Therapy is seeking a part time or full time licensed, Board eligible or experienced physical therapist to join our patient focused team. We are a smaller, orthopedic outpatient clinic which allows us to provide a more personal one-on-one (we normally schedule one patient per hour and one and a half hours for evals) treatment approach.

Duties of the position:

-Identify and meet patients goals and needs
-Offer treatments that help improve clients motion, mobility, and activities of daily living
-Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery
-Develop plans of care using a variety of treatment techniques
-Provide quality personalized and evidence based care
-Motivate and educate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
-Ability to effectively interact and communicate with referring physicians, patients, caregivers and other office staff
-Strive to continually learn and grow

Due to Covid19 arriving in our small community, Ridgecrest Physical Therapy will be closing to patient care for 2 weeks. We are doing this to protect our patients, the community and our staff. We are praying that this situation will not get worse and we will be able to return on 4/13/20.
