What a busy day for our first day of Summer Reading Challenge and Lunch at the Library!

We had Stay & Play in the morning and a Lunch at the Library visit from Kwincy with WM - Southern California and a recycling truck where kids got to climb inside! We served 97 youth lunches and lunch attendees got to choose a book to build their home library. Don't forget to enter the weekly drawing every time you come to Lunch at the Library! In the afternoon we had Pokémon Play and Trade with Fistful of Cards Toys, Games, and Comics where kids learned how to play. Many thanks to Fistful of Cards for sharing the knowledge. Last, but not least, we had another meetup of Special Needs Teens and Caregivers where there was conversation, games, coloring, and snacks! Thanks to Brittany for putting this together.
