The Ridgecrest Regional Hospital Foundation Board is pleased to announce Crystal Ottley as the recipient of the Fall 2025 Fred Hawkins Memorial Scholarship.

The RRHF established the Fred Hawkins Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Memorial Scholarship to honor Fred's significant contributions to EMT programs at the local, county, state, and national levels. This initiative aims to enhance and cultivate a brighter future for our community through the promotion of EMT education.
