More importantly, do you have a food plan for tonight?
πππ© πππππ© ππ‘ππ£ offers lifestyle changes and a whole-body approach to eating right. We understand that there are days when our favorite foods will be the highlight. Itβs important that you donβt feel that your food plan has deprived you of everything. Letβs talk about some tools to combat over-eating tonight.
1- Before the Super Bowl, eat a healthy meal. This will allow you to get the proper nutrition into your body and you wonβt be hungry, which can lead to poor food choices and overeating.
2- Pick your top priority. Is it that favorite sweet, a beverage, or the nachos? Or a tiny bit of each π
3- Like always, drink lots of water. It will help you to stay full and hydrated.
4-If headed out, bring a healthy dish that you can enjoy. Then you can be sure there is something for you to graze on.
