This is the official page of the Georgia Plantation Property Owners Association (GPPOA) of Rincon, Georgia.
Due to conflicting schedules, the GPPOA Board of Directors will now be conducting the neighborhood walkthrough inspection/board meeting on Saturday, October 25th, at 8:30 AM. Any property owner may attend, if desired. Emails will be sent to specific property owners after the inspection if there is anything that needs to be addressed, which is the process that we have used for years.
Thanks for making our neighborhood remain one of the best ones in Effingham County!

The GPPOA Board of Directors will conduct a neighborhood walkthrough inspection on October 18, 2025. A self-inspection checklist has been emailed to all property owners and can be used to ensure that properties are good-to-go.
