Meet Rosita aka Rosie, a tiny 10-year-old Chihuahua with a tender heart tucked inside a 3.7-pound package. 🐾

Rosie is a very shy little girl who is learning to trust, build confidence, and feel safe and loved. She needs a patient, gentle home that understands she will need time, reassurance, and routine as she continues to blossom.

Rosie enjoys being held, relaxing in her cozy dog bed, and basking in the sunshine. Toys and playtime are not really her thing, but once she trusts you, she will happily roll over for belly rubs and come to sit in your lap. She gets along with the dogs in her foster home, though because of her tiny size, she must be protected from rough play or accidental injury.

Rosie is still working on potty training and will do best with a consistent routine. She may howl when she needs reassurance, wants to come inside, needs to go out, or is feeling unsure. At night, she may need a gentle touch or a potty break to settle back down.

Because Rosie is so small, a home with no small children is a must. Cats are unknown.

Rosie is a sweet little soul looking for someone who will celebrate quiet progress, offer steady love, and give her the soft, safe home she deserves.

🐾 Meet sweet Missy! 🐾

Missy is a 3-year-old Shih Tzu mix weighing 13 pounds, and she has the sweetest, most easygoing personality. 💕

This low-key girl loves walks, car rides, and being close to her people. She is house-trained, uses a doggy door, and sleeps quietly in her crate at night, though she would be more than happy to curl up in bed with her human if invited. She is also great on a leash and enjoys going out for strolls with her person. 🐶

Missy is continuing to build confidence in busy environments and may greet new visitors with a little caution at first, but she warms up quickly once she feels comfortable. She gets along well with dogs of all sizes, but what she loves most is human companionship and being part of the family.

Missy is ready to find a loving forever home where she can feel safe, adored, and included in everyday life. ❤️

🐾 Meet Champagne! 🐾

Champagne is a 10-year-old senior sweetheart weighing about 9 pounds, and she is ready to spend her golden years with someone who appreciates a calm, loving companion. 💕

This little lady has mastered the art of relaxation. She loves peaceful days, quiet moments, warm laps, gentle cuddles, short walks, trips to the dog park, and sunning herself in the yard. She also takes her neighborhood watch duties seriously and likes keeping delivery people and neighborhood cats on notice. 🐶☀️

Champagne loves her independence but also enjoys being close to her favorite humans. She can be a little sassy when new people come to the door and is not a fan of big dogs. She would do best in a calm home with no large dogs. Another small, older, quiet dog would be fine, and calm, respectful kids may be okay, though younger children are not ideal for her serene lifestyle.

Champagne is housetrained, uses the magnetic screen door, and will let you know she needs to go out by pacing. She is microchipped, vaccinated, sterilized, and has an upcoming dental procedure that will be covered by the rescue.
