Rio Rancho Party Rentals LLC has been serving the Rio Rancho Albuquerque and surrounding communities since 2012. We offer Tables and Chairs,Concessions,Linens,Food Service,Rentals for all your special occasions: Birthday Parties, Weddings, Religious Celebrations, Baby Showers, Business Meetings and other Gatherings.

We are a dedicated company that is family owned and operated. We offer the best and highest quality table and chair rentals. Our company makes sure each table and chair is sanitized after each rental. Our equipment is stored indoors. Tables and Chairs are white plastic with metal legs and come from the same company so everything matches. No broken dirty mismatched folding tables that other companies may rent.

Since we are a home based business we can offer flexible pickup and drop off hours. Rental period is flexible. Reservations are honored, no over booking. You can reserve knowing that your order will be waiting for you when you arrive. Last minute reservations are welcome.

Most of our customers find our service to be friendly, professional and come back to rent again and again.

No deposit or cleaning fees required when reserving. Reservations are only held for 1 hour after scheduled appointment time. Just call to reschedule if your plans have changed to avoid cancellation.
