Free kids treat of the day: Cookies & Cream Cake Batter Blondies!

Recipe makes 12, I used a 9x13 pan but you can use an 8x8 if you prefer thicker!

Ingredients:
1 stick of butter
8 oz white chocolate
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
3/4 cup Oreos, chopped

Oven at 350, grease your pan
Melt the butter and white chocolate together in the microwave in small intervals until fully melted, stirring between intervals ( I did 30 seconds, 4 times)

Add your sugars to the chocolate and butter mix until incorporated then add in your eggs and vanilla, mix. Mix in your flour and salt then your sprinkles and Oreos.

Spread out into the pan until smooth on top then bake for 25-35 minutes. Mine came out in 30 minutes! Cool completely before cutting and enjoy🤤🤤🤤🤤 these would be great with a scoop of ice cream

Such fun flavor combinations! My absolute favorite is the fruit stand fiesta but the smoothies are a close runner up

My little co-host slept through making today's treat again so no video but we have some healthy banana split pie cups today!

It is layers of graham cracker crust, layer of cream cheese filling, fruits, whipped cream, and toppings, the recipe makes 12

Graham cracker crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs (approx 9 graham crackers)
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar (brown or granulated)-- can be omitted

Cream cheese filling:
8 oz cream cheese, room temp
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla

Fruits:
6 Bananas, quartered
2 cups of strawberries, sliced
12 oz crushed pineapple, drained

Whipped cream:
1 cup heavy cream, cold
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Toppings:
Chocolate sauce
Maraschino cherries
Rainbow sprinkles

I started off making the whipped cream by tossing it all in a mixer and gradually increasing the speed until it was nice and fluffy.

Then on to the cream cheese filling. Same thing, toss everything into a mixer and graduation all increasing speed until well incorporated.

Mix together the graham cracker crust then add 2 tbsp into the bottom of a 9 oz cup. Place the bananas in then 2 tbsp of the cream cheese filling.

Add in a few strawberries pieces (I did 4-6 slices) and a tbsp of crushed pineapple

Top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, sprinkles, and a cherry!

This may be for kids but I can admit us adults ate it too--freaking delicious!

Todays free treat doesn't come with a video but I will give you the recipe!

Soft, Sourdough Graham Cracker PBJs

If you do not have sourdough starter, please come ask for some! I'd love to help you with a recipe or start your own sourdough journey.

Sourdough Graham crackers:

8 tablespoons butter, room temp
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup sourdough starter
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Combine wet ingredients, dry ingredients, add the wet ingredients into the dry. Chill the dough for an hour. Roll it out into a rectangle between 1/8th and 1/4th inch depending on how thick you want them on a floured surface and cut your graham crackers to your preferred size! I cut mine bigger to make into sandwiches and had them at 1/4th inch thick to be super soft. Bake on 375 for 12-15 minutes. Cool on the pan for 10 minutes before removing.

After cooling, I added creamy peanut butter and grape jelly then put them in the fridge to firm up for the perfect afternoon treat! They will be ready at 2
