Motion Control – USDA Certified Stand-Off Bearing Fl**ge Blocks
Motion Control – FDA/USDA Certified, two, three and four post, Stand-Off Bearing Fl**ge Blocks are setting a new standard for performance and Hygienics. These new Stand-off bearing fl**ge blocks now available from LM76 reduce the surface area where mold and bacteria can thrive, even from the most through sanitizing operations. Long life Hybrid Stainless Steel Si3N4 Silicon Nitride Ceramic Ball Bearings in Stainless Steel bearing blocks are coated with a smooth non-water absorbing polyamide coating certified by EHEDG, USDA, and 3-A.
These FDA/Wash-Down fl**ge bearings employ Hybrid Stainless Steel/Ceramic Ball Bearings that are sealed from contaminates and bacteria via a patented shaft seal system. The seals resist water, cleaning solutions – keeping lubrication from being corrupted and evacuated.
Designed for up to 2000 rpms of continuous operation, they are available for .750 in., 1.000 in., 1.250 in., 1.375 in., and 1.500 in. shafts. Metrics range from 20mm- 40mm. When downtime is not an option Stainless/Ceramic Hybrid Si3N4 Silicon Nitride Ball Bearings are the only option. The very hard and smooth Si3Nn bearing balls have lower friction and vibration, lower thermal expansion and heat transmission, all but eliminating catastrophic failure. Additionally, optional mounting bolts, nuts, spacers, end caps, and seals have been meticulously designed to prevent the accumulation of any contaminates. These bearing fl**ge blocks are a complement to the broad range of LM76 linear bearings, shafting and slides that are FDA/USDA/3A Dairy compliant.

High performance compact positioning voice coil driven linear stages are used in positioning applications where high speed, high acceleration or high accuracy is required.
The motorized linear stages are fully self-contained. Each stage utilizes one or two linear voice coil servo motor(s), a linear carriage system, an optical quadrature encoder feedback device and a home switch. The standard positioning resolutions of 1 micron through 29.95 microns are available for immediate delivery. Other resolutions are available upon request.
Range of motion is from 0.50” (12.7 mm) through 5.20” (132.1 mm). Continuous (stall) forces range from 1 lb (4.5 N) through 23.0 lb (102 N). The intermittent forces at 10% duty cycle are from 3.1 lb (13.8 N) through 73 lb (323 N).
The stages may be stacked in XY, XZ and XYZ configurations.

OES (Optimal Engineering Systems) has introduced the AQ110 series of high precision, low cost XY-axes motion control stages that can be easily integrated into new and existing applications.
They are offered in 4 stroke lengths of 15 mm , 30 mm, 50 mm, 75 mm. These multi axis stages are available in any combination of stroke lengths and motors. Depending on the levels of precision and speed of travel requirements, four motor options are available.
The -01 option is Stepper Motor driven (pictured) with k***s at the back of the stepper motors for manual adjustments. Option -02 is driven by Three Phase-Servo Motors, and option -03 is DC Servo Motor Driven. The servo driven stages (options -02 and -03) have Quadrature Optical Encoders and offer the highest precision and travel speeds. The -04 option is Stepper Motor Driven with Quadrature Optical Encoders for position verification. These highly adaptable XY-axis motion control stages feature high precision cross roller bearings and the tables have a precise pattern of threaded mounting holes.
These motion control dual axis stages are compatible with OES' line of multi axis controllers and are available as complete Plug-and-Play motion control systems including: Joystick, Trackball, and Keypad.
