Our annual First We Live run is coming back, more details coming soon. We can’t wait to come together, move our bodies, and support one another.

First we live so we can… show up for each other.

This Giving Tuesday, we’re reminded why First We Live exists: to ensure everyone has the chance to live fully and care for their mental health. 🩵💜

Your support helps us fund vital programs and services for youth and those in helping professions, breaking down barriers to mental health care access. With your generosity, we make Wellness Days at Murray Park Quest Elementary possible, giving students tools, experiences, and support to care for their mental health.

We also create OASIS Rooms, which are safe spaces in schools where students can pause, reset, and practice self-care, and we provide community resources and education to support mental health for those who need it most.

We had an incredible time at the Trunk or Treat with the Boys & Girls Club of the Tri-County Area. So many smiles, creative costumes, and families enjoying the night together. 🩵💜
