We are very grateful for another year and for the people in our lives, both personally and professionally.

What do you do to be successful?

We have to invest in ourselves. If that means we send out direct mail to people with vacant homes, in preforeclosure, etc., spend our Friday night placing bandit signs around the city, or hiring cold callers to identify new leads, we will do it.

We have to mind our business.
