A build we were part of this year!
Some context about this job: The original GC was fired after dragging the project on for over a year. The house was purchased back in 2023, and a full renovation began right after.

I had previously worked with the owner on another property, and he asked me to take over the electrical portion of this project. It’s always tough to finish someone else’s work, but thankfully we made it happen.

Right from the start, we ran into a long list of issues—walls already drywalled, a 240V furnace connected to receptacles, mixed wiring for some of the lighting, and more. And that was just the beginning. Once we traced and tested all the “new” wiring done by the previous contractor, we found even more surprises. On top of that, the PITA meter spot (underground) location required by LADWP added another challenge but not an impossible one, our crew delivered with excellence, as always. It’s amazing how a 90-year-old house was transformed into something so beautiful, packed with tech upgrades and surrounded by breathtaking views.

Love the lights fixture but I can’t promise I’ll install the light bulbs… LOL
