So here is my next project. The photos are AI so not 100% but I was thinking I wanted to change the layout to give options for larger groups.

We’re exploring new dining room ideas at George’s Drive In — combining our classic retro booth style with a more open, flexible seating layout for families, groups, quick lunches, and everything in between.

The goal:

✅ Same George’s feel you know and love

Some guests love the cozy booth experience… others prefer open seating and larger tables. Why not both?

she’d see them in line and already put their order in.

They’d get to the window and she’d say:
“I already put it on for you.”

One guy once said, “What if I wanted something different?”
She just smiled and said…
“Too late.” 😂

Starting soon, we’ll be introducing a cash discount program.

💵 Pay with cash → receive a lower price
💳 Card payments will be at the pricing on the menus.

This change helps us manage the rising credit card fees, which have become a significant expense for small businesses like ours.

Also… believe it or not, we’re officially running out of pennies 😅
Banks (including Bank of America) are no longer supplying them regularly, so like many retailers, we’ll begin rounding totals to the nearest nickel for cash transactions.

We appreciate your understanding as we make these updates to keep George’s strong for years to come.
