During this cold and flu season, HCI Environmental is taking additional steps to ensure consistent, uninterrupted service for you.

HCI Environmental recently completed a routine hazardous waste pickup in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

HCI technicians conducted proper waste segregation to ensure compatibility and accurate classification. Materials were then packaged and containerized into cubic yard boxes, prepared for transportation under manifest, and delivered to an approved Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facility (TSDF).

Each step, from segregation and packaging to transportation and final disposal, was performed in compliance with state and federal hazardous waste regulations. HCI Environmental provides consistent, compliant hazardous waste management services to support safe and efficient operations.

Due to rising diesel fuel costs and ongoing market volatility, HCI will be implementing an EIA-based fuel surcharge effective immediately. The surcharge will adjust monthly based on the Energy Information Administration (EIA) California diesel price index.

To minimize the impact, the adjustment will only apply to 25% of the transportation charge, not the full amount.

Example: If the EIA adjustment for the month is 41%, that percentage will be applied to 25% of the transportation portion of the job.

Once fuel prices stabilize, HCI will remove the surcharge.
