We as humans have come as far as we have in this amazing thing called life. We have the ability to fly as well as the ability to dive into the deep abyss.
A lot of times we get stuck in this loop that we feel we can't get out of, but just like flying and going into the bone-crushing deep of the deepest oceans, once you understand how it all works, you can then figure out ways to fix it.
Allow yourself to understand who you are as an individual and close out all the noise that society pushes onto you and expect you to do. What works for some may not work for others. You got this. If I can, then sit alone and dissect everything that makes you tick. You got this. Keep moving forward.
