Today is day 4 that I'm posting 2 of my top 5 toughest hardest working people in the gym. G-MAN is always on point and has made one of the best transformation in the last 6 months. G-MAN is definitely one of the hardest working people in the gym. I really don't have to say much when it comes to Teresa. I think she has motivate so many people to work hard in the gym just by how hard she workout. She is the definition of old school training.
