Meet Trevor Lee, our new Senior Account Manager. 👋

Trevor brings a mix of experience, perspective, and steady leadership to the team. He grew up in Huntington, spent 20 years in Denver, and made his way back to Fort Wayne five years ago. Before joining Reusser, he spent six years leading a consulting and programs team at a nonprofit, along with more than a decade of advising businesses and organizations on how to grow and operate well.

At his core, Trevor is curious, genuine, and inventive. He’s wired to understand people first, then build solutions that actually fit. That’s what drew him to account management. It gives him a chance to connect the right solutions to the right problems while making sure clients feel supported every step of the way.

Outside of work, you’ll find him walking with his wife, mowing the lawn, playing golf, or spending time with his kids when they’re home from college. 🚶‍♂️⛳️
