A warm welcome to our 72 S.O.A.R. nurse externs who have joined Carilion Clinic this summer!

Representing 20 nursing programs, this outstanding group includes 35 rising seniors participating in our 8-week summer pathway and 37 students in our flex pathway.

Throughout their time here, they'll experience hands-on learning opportunities, build meaningful connections, and further develop the skills that will shape their future nursing careers.
