💨 Breathwork changed my life.

More than a year ago I went to a biohacking conference in Texas. I signed up for an immersive breathwork session not knowing what to expect.

I learned very quickly how powerful and transformative our own breathe can shift the way we feel within our body, mind and even spirit. I had the most vivid and clear divine messages/visions that morning.

Since then, that moment stuck with me.

It wasn't until Brielle at The Lotus Collective (TLC) had her first Breathwork Certification training that I finallly felt called to add to my medicine bag.

This summer I will be completing my practicum hours with complimentary (free) group sessions for the community. These are the upcoming dates at TLC:
