Hard as it is to believe, we’re just a few short days from the beginning of the final quarter of 2021. NOW IS THE TIME to be setting your practice, team and personal goals for 2022. Here are a few game changers to keep in mind when setting these goals...

- People support what they help create. Get input from your team!
- The #1 reason for not accomplishing a goal is making it too vague. Be really specific, then be even more specific!
- Dreams are great, but goals are not dreams - they are intentions!
- Make your goals SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time Bound)!

Here’s to a strong Q-4 finish, and hitting the ground running in 2022!
