Grounded Nebraska

Hey, Cait here. Goodbyes are never easy, and this one is the same.

Susan has given her bright and creative mind, tenacity, time, and heart to Grounded Nebraska for five years.

Grounded would not exist without Susan. I could not have done this without her.

We’ve traveled the country, made lifelong friends, problem-solved like we were on MacGyver, established a precedent of care and community, and shown the cycling world that, yes, in fact, you can make a space that is welcoming to everyone.

But Grounded has gotten big enough that it’s a year-round, time-intensive process, and sometimes, you need to take things off your plate to live a happy, thriving life.
