Wow how has it been almost a year since I posted on here 🫣 I’ve had the absolute pleasure of helping family, friends, and past clients buy/get under contract and sell their homes. I’m so grateful for the people God has brought into my life through this career! Nothing like getting pictures and updates after a house has closed with how my clients have transformed their home.

Peyton is 2 and we are so excited to welcome our baby boy in May! Jared and I have been looking for our next investment with Peyton being a VERY good third set of eyes on all the properties (and likes to make sure her dad is safe when crawling in scary places). Hoping this next one will have a lake view 😉 We sold 2 of our investment properties in Rochester but still have our duplex that is crushing it! I can’t recommend furnished short term rentals enough and would love to chat if you’re interested in going that route.
