Protein Confetti Pancakes.
1 scoop 1st phorm ctc protein mix
Teaspoon of olive oil
1/2 cup of Pillsbury pancake confetti mix
Cinnamon and Wegman Sugar Free Syrup
This was my first attempt at trying protein pancakes and they’re amazing. The cinnamon gives the pancakes a nice crisp edge and adds some sweetness without all the added sugar.
3 Pancakes = 30g protein, 38g Carbs, 5g fat, 7g sugar.
