At Credence Apex, we believe that everyone, regardless of age or starting point, has the power to transform their body and by extension, their life. Today, we're thrilled to showcase the stunning progress of two incredible members, one from the Credence Apex family and one from the CrossFit Credence family, who embarked on a journey with our groundbreaking nutrition program. 🚀
Both of them started our LifeBase Nutrition Program in January, one in her mid-30s and the other in his early 20s. They had similar goals and decided to give our app a try. They listened to their nutrition coach, kept an eye on what they ate, and guess what? Both of them lost fat and gained muscle at the same time!
The cool part? Age doesn't matter. This journey showed us that anyone can achieve great results with a bit of dedication and trust in the process.

Kettlebell Swings
This is how you can start to incorporate kettlebell swings into your workout.
Warm up with towel swings to ensure you are generating the movement from the hips, not raising the bell with the arms. Use a light kettlebell and find a good rhythm.
Warm up with 3 sets of 10-20 towel swings.
The main workout will be 100 swings, 10 sets of 10.
Do 10 kettlebell swings every minute on the minute (emom) for 10 minutes straight. This will be close to a 1:2 work to rest ratio.
