Turning Points Resource Center

Sister Elaine Margaret Roulet was in the 71st year of her religious life. Elaine lived our mission with total abandon as a sister of the neighborhood. Creating a neighborhood, called Providence House, Elaine called us and many others to a love and a compassion, always sprinkled with humor, for women and children whose lives cried out for healing. We are grateful to Elaine for her wisdom and faithfulness to our mission.

Sister Elaine was a pioneering trailblazer in reforming criminal justice issues for women and their children at the Bedford Hills Correctional Facility and developing programs inside and outside that empowered our lives.
