Jason has been with us for 5 years. His unwavering perfect tumbling advice and his witty dry sense of humor will be missed.

Some of the coaches are gone this weekend in Vegas to support owner/coach Stephanie Jones. Cheer coach on as she competes at the largest bodybuilding event in the world! To watch check out the PPV at mrolympia.com OR you can join us at the gym as we stream it live!

Coach Steph competes in the fitness division. She will perform prejudging at 9 am and finals with routine at 6 pm

Congrats to owner/coach for winning the Toronto Pro Supershow last week. Coaches , and came to support. We can’t wait to watch her in December on the biggest stage the Olympia!
