Just practicing some beef tartare for next weekend’s tasting menu! Here we’ve got a filet mignon tartare with shallots, cornishons, cilantro! Comes served with bhautra chips & a garlic chaat masala aioli!
We can’t wait to see what everyone thinks of this month’s menu!
