When I moved in May from Rochester, MN to Seymour, IN I thought I would put this business on pause for a month or two to get settled in. Instead, a month or two turned into six, but I'm finally working on getting ready to officially relaunch this business! I'll be updating my website, listing on Google, page, etc. over the next few days, but I'm really looking forward to getting back out there and starting to solve people's technology problems here in Seymour!

Not the type of “tech” content I usually share but thought this was some good advice!

If you dial 911 by mistake, or if a child in your home dials 911 when no emergency exists, do not hang up – that could make 911 officials think that an emergency exists, and possibly send responders to your location. Instead, simply explain to the call-taker what happened.

It's also worth noting that it's often not necessary to save 911 in your contacts list on your phone. You will not forget the number and accidental 911 calls are more likely if you have it saved as a contact.
