“How do you balance work and personal life?”

Great question. I don’t. I am very tired and occasionally remember to drink water.

Some days I’m a business owner. Some days I’m a nurse. Some days I’m a mom, wife, injector, marketer, scheduler, problem-solver, and human Google calendar with mascara on.

But I will say this: I love what I do. I love helping women in Rochester feel confident, cared for, and a little more like themselves again — even if I’m doing it while operating on coffee and a dream.

Balance? Not always.
Purpose? Absolutely.

She came in wanting more filler.

And I told her no.

Not because she was wrong — but because the tiny “imperfection” she noticed was part of what made her beautiful.

Natural results aren’t about fixing every asymmetry. They’re about knowing when to enhance, when to pause, and when more treatment would make you look less like you.

Sometimes the best aesthetic treatment is an honest provider who will put the syringe down.
