Our very own Dr. Laura Hufford (R3) presented her impressive research at the prestigious Society of Critical Care Medicine Annual Congress (SCCM) this past March in Chicago! Her work demonstrated that higher calcium repletion following neonatal cardiac surgery is associated with worse clinical outcomes. Congratulations to Laura on this outstanding achievement and for representing our program on a national stage. 👏 🔬

We were thrilled to have our research track residents take over Pediatric Grand Rounds last month to share the remarkable research and scholarly work they have accomplished over the past few years!
