And another client major event is in the record books. Despite all the moving pieces in an event this big, I'm amazed at how smoothly it can go when you have a true partnership with a client. Service excellence. It's what keeps companies connected to their customers, sometimes even more than the services and products themselves. (Why? Because we'll often forgive companies for their mistakes if we're handled with care.) And right now, we're developing strategic recommendations for a service excellence program for a health system with facilities in four states. They're ripe for a service-focused program that will delight their customers.
