Come hang out! I’m teaching my final three Yoga for Creatives classes into November. I’m feeling so bittersweet about the closing of . It’s such a special place. I have so much gratitude for Danielle, who has hosted uncountable creatives over the last 12 years. And thank you to everyone who has attended classes over the last 2.5 years of my teaching there! It’s gonna be a fun conclusion to this era.

But I’m not going away: you’ll soon be able to purchase a board of new stickers, prints, zines, and earrings through my online shop! Which will also include the Conflict Workbook I/we published after Conflict School with .pilled!
pilled and I are cooking up another course starting in January all about reclaiming our agency for change. Keep an eye out for Attention 101 registration opening soon!

Plus, I’m accepting new 1:1 clients for my peace work to help you move through grief, conflict, or generally help you make sense of your experience. I do single sessions or two month packages all through the 🔗 in my 🅱️👁️🅾️

After breaking the absolute f**k out of my leg last December, a hibernation was needed. I am still training my healing leg to walk well again, and I moved in with the love of my life, and I’m traveling around the US and NZ a bunch over the next many weeks. In it all, I’ve been cooking up some really fun products and products I think you’ll love, and I’m exploring new spaces to bring my yoga classes, and hopefully, workshops!
