Welcome Grahame Gould, MD to Rochester Regional Health’s Neurosciences Institute! 🧠

As our new Service Line Division Head - Neurosurgery and with more than 20 years of experience, Dr. Gould brings a deep level of expertise in cerebrovascular and endovascular neurosurgery, along with complex cranial and spinal care. But just as important, he’s passionate about caring for patients as people, helping guide them through some of life’s most challenging health moments with compassion and understanding.

When he’s not at work, you can find Dr. Gould spending time with his wife, children, and their dog, staying active, traveling, or enjoying great food and live music.

Dr. Green brings a strong commitment to clinical quality, patient safety, and collaboration - and will work closely with RGH leaders to support our teams and ensure continuity of care for our patients and community. He will continue his role as Executive Medical Director of the Sands‑Constellation Heart & Vascular Institute while maintaining his clinical practice.

This transition follows Tammy Snyder’s move into a system-wide Senior Vice President of Operations role. We’re grateful for her leadership and excited for what’s ahead at RGH.
