Krav Maga Rochester

Fighting Fit is Krav Maga Rochester’s own strength and conditioning program. We want to build not just fighters, but everyone who wants to get themselves tuned up so that they can perform at their best! Weight loss and increased power, focus, energy, mobility, and balance are all benefits from this 45 minute workout. Classes are MWF at 6:00 pm, and the cost is a measly $75 per month! For the next eight weeks, you guys are gonna learn the fundamentals of striking, footwork, releases from grabs/holds, and so much more.
